Gioia Apartments is a company that manages residences and apartments with services in Procida. Our facilities, Gioia13, Gioia 37 and Le Grand Bleu, are all located in Via Flavio Gioia, a few steps from the main attractions of the island, as well as its most picturesque corners such as Marina Corricella, Ciraccio, Marina Chiaiolella. From the residences it is possible to reach on foot, going down its famous 200 steps, the Spiaggia della Chiaia, ideal for families and children. Also available villas and fishermen's houses in other areas of the island..
SERVICES
No stress! To make your arrival less stressful, we provide upon arrival 2 bottles of water, coffee and sugar, salt and various spices (the bare minimum) to avoid trips to the supermarket just arrived on the island.

Travel light. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. The change is weekly but on request we can provide for an additional rearrangement.

You can take advantage of a free wifi connection both in the apartments and in the outdoor and common areas.

OUR RESIDENCES
All our apartments are equipped by default with the following amenities:
GIOIA 13: Recentemente ristrutturato, è un residence di design formato da piccole unità indipendenti fornite di angolo cottura, WIFI e tutti i comforts. La terrazza comune, con vista sul golfo, è la ciliegina sulla torta.
GIOIA 37: Nato dalla ristrutturazione di Le Grand Bleu, Gioia37 è una struttura moderna composta da monolcali e bilolocali, tutti con accesso ad una terrazza solarium comune con vista sul Golfo di Napoli
Case Vacanza: Un'accurata selezione di Case vacanza, ville e case tipiche di pescatori in location da sogno a Procida.
LOCATION
MARINA CORICELLA:E' il borgo marinaro più antico di Procida. Disposto ad anfiteatro sul mare e circondato dalle reti adagiate sulla banchina, è un rifugio tranquillo e seducente per chi predilige le vacanze all'insegna del relax.
LA CHIAIA: Questo piccolo paradiso, in gran parte spiaggia libera, si raggiunge, infatti, solo in due modi: a piedi o via mare. A piedi si arriva attraverso una discesa di 186 scalini situati in un vicolo che parte da piazza Olmo
ISOLOTTO DI VIVARA: L’isola di Vivara, misteriosa e affascinante porzione di terra collegata a Procida da un vecchio ponte è un’oasi naturalistica protetta dal 1974 e riserva naturale dello Stato dal 2002.
L'EX CARCERE:Edificio dominante della Terra Murata è il Palazzo d’Avalos, costruito nel ‘500 insieme alle mura dalla famiglia D’Avalos, governatori dell’isola fino al ‘700. Nel 1830 l’edificio fu trasformato in carcere e fu chiuso definitivamente solo nel 1988.
